The value team approach is what is commonly referred to as the task force, project team or cross-functional sourcing team. Although a value study can be accomplished normally through an individual effort, performance improvement and cost-effectiveness could be enhanced when the team blends their talents toward a common objective. Value-minded culture will bind your team together into a whole much bigger than the sum of its parts.
