ABSTRACT
As a catalyst for change, the reengineered VA/VE updates and upgrades the value methodology by amalgamating the complementary strengths of Six Sigma, Lean Thinking, Business Process Reengineering, Kaizen, Total Quality Management, and Project Management into a value-improvement architecture that lets the steps of the value methodology (PISERIA) serve as the building blocks leading to optimization and operational excellence.
