ABSTRACT
Primary structures of RNA and protein molecules are long polymer chains. Functional properties of these molecules become discernible only after their transformation into three-dimensional structures, which frequently contain modifi ed elements. Folding of RNA and protein molecules is a characteristic feature of biological processes.
