Question 2 A 26-year-old primigravida at 34 weeks gestation has been admitted from clinic with a blood pressure of 180/120, proteinuria and headache. A labetalol infusion is commenced and her blood pressure falls to 170/100. She suffers a seizure and is treated with a loading dose of magnesium sulphate and a subsequent infusion. A hydralazine infusion is added and her blood pressure falls to 140/90.
