ABSTRACT
Web services provide the current best form of enterprise services, allowing the reuse of software modules and the protection of information at layers 6 and 7 of the OSI protocol. e development of web services is based upon a separation of security (through handlers) and functionality to provide a seamless user experience while maintaining the required level of protections for sensitive information.
