ABSTRACT
This chapter discusses the aim of the corneal scrape and aims to debride corneal epithelium/anterior stromal tissue to provide diagnosis and improve local drug delivery. It provides a list of equipment required for the corneal scrape. The chapter presents step-by step practical procedures for corneal scrape.
