ABSTRACT
This chapter discusses the background of the laser for management of the lens capsule. It aims to improve visual acuity by displacing the opacified posterior capsule from the visual axis in a pseudophakic eye. The chapter provides a list of equipment required for the laser management. It explains how to perform laser settings and also provides step-by-step process of the consent. The chapter presents the methods of undertaking practical procedure of the laser management. Post-operative considerations are also presented.
