ABSTRACT

The basis of the Dynamic Progress Method is the consideration of a system and, specifically, treating a project as a business system. There are several definitions for a system, but the most generic and practical is that a system is a group of parts or components that work together to achieve a common goal or objective. A better and more effective response to inefficient processes is to focus on the system’s relations. To improve a football or soccer team or any other type of complex system in which the relations dominate, the focus must be primarily on the relations since the relations primarily determine the level of performance of the system. Operational models capture the operations or activities that occur in a system and attempt to mimic them in the same manner as they occur. As a result, operational models tend to include the interconnections and relations among the various parts of the system.
