ABSTRACT
The waste incineration process is sensitive to the complex chemical processes and inconsistent fuel qualities of the waste such as moisture content and calorific value which are not available online. As a result, the necessityfor reliable control techniques has increased significantly since 2005, especially for waste combustion (Baxter and El Asri 2004, Bardi and Astolfi 2010).
