ABSTRACT

She had already been exploring her work with a couple of other clients, proces sing material that was a continuation from her previous supervision session. Now she turned her attention to Terry, or rather, her experience of working with him. She had not spoken to Paul since Terry had recognised and disclosed his eating disorder. She still felt unsure if that was quite the right label to use given that the reasons for his eating pattern were nothing to do with eating at all, but about issues of control, however, she began to describe what had happened.
