ABSTRACT
Spatial enhancements operations improve the interpretability of features within the data by modifying neighborhood pixels values based on the value of a targeted pixel. This exercise will perform several common spatial enhancement operations, including; convolution filter, non-directional edge detection, focal analysis, statistical filters, and image degrade.
