ABSTRACT
The most well known of Shingo Institute activities is the challenge for the Shingo Prize, an award—unlike the Baldrige Award or the EFQM Excellence Award—that is global in scope. Equally, the Shingo Institute publicly recognizes enterprises at various stages of their journey toward enterprise excellence, employing differing award levels: Shingo Bronze Medallion, Shingo Silver Medallion, and Shingo Prize.
