ABSTRACT
Stakeholder mediating forces, hereafter referred to simply as mediating forces, refer to what stakeholders are able to contribute to the enterprise; what they provide the enterprise access to; or what elements, aspects, or activities of the enterprise they deem objectionable. Mediating forces thus refer to issues to which the enterprise must respond.
