ABSTRACT

If the ship’s captain accurately points to “True North,” but nobody on the ship knows how to configure the sails to get the ship moving in that direction, then knowing “True North” will not have much value. Given the potential for fourfold productivity gains and development cycle times cut in half, all with higher quality and greater innovation, it is those who master the skills to achieve “True North” that will dominate their industries in the future. But it is not good enough to simply lead the way to achieving “True North,” you must equip your organizations to achieve it.
