ABSTRACT

My first computer game animation ever was of a guard waiting near a bank entrance. He had no role in the story—just a piece of setting to make things look more real. Since it was my first task in the company, I wanted to impress them with my animation skills. I invested some real effort in that little piece of animation: my bank guard swayed back and forth with boredom, turned slowly back to check his surrounding, then got back to swaying. I refined my work and was quite pleased with the result.
