ABSTRACT
India is endowed with rich diversity of spice crops, which makes the country a cynosure for the explorers and traders from foreign countries and contributing to the prosperity and wealth of our country since time memorial. The same dominance, well supported by the ample diversity of agroclimatic conditions is still there with renewed interests, consequences, threats as well as promises.
