ABSTRACT
The Post-Congress Field Trip of IMC 4 (Fourth International Mycological Congress, Regensburg, Germany) was held in Davos, the Swiss Alps, for nine days (September 3–11, 1989). On the occasion, soil samples were collected to analyze Pythium there. Some of the results were presented together with coworkers of ETH-Zentrum, Switzerland (Watanabe et al., 1998).
