Affordability Roadmap Template provides a five-phase approach over a 16 month time horizon. It offers recommendations for the sequencing of events, the roles, and responsibilities for the participants, suggested activities for the initiative, and possible actions to take at each phase. The best probability of success happens with a great deal of pre-planning and planning. The select list of facilitators, design team members, and guidance team participants should be informed of their upcoming role in the implementation deployment. For the kick-off gathering at the beginning of month one, a purpose-agenda-timeframe must be crafted and communicated for each participant, and their manager, prior to commencement. Team participants will gain an understanding, as well as provide feedback for the purpose of the identification of any necessary adjustments to roadblocks and barriers to implementation. Month three will be the time for adjustment, prioritization of activities, and preparation of any additional materials required for deployment.
