ABSTRACT
In this chapter, the authors provide a systematic approach to taking the implementation of OEMS forward in a measured way. The approach requires setting the organization up for success by identifying and fixing the must-haves and known gaps identified by the business in order to sustain current levels of operation and business in a safe and reliable manner.
