ABSTRACT
An important step of the black and odorous water treatment is to analyze the cause and identify the source. The black and odorous water treatment is just the first step, and the long-term clear water also needs the improvement of guarantee mechanisms, including the effect evaluation mechanism and fund guarantee mechanism. The stormwater runoff control is an important part in the construction of sponge city, usually realized by means of natural water bodies, multi-functional regulation and storage water bodies and regulating storage ponds constructed by artificial measures. The permeable pavement is an important source control technology under the concept of “sponge city”. The stormwater garden refers to the engineering facility that can infiltrate and filter stormwater by using soil and plants to purify and retain stormwater, so as to reduce the runoff, which is a facility for ecologically sustainable storm flood control and stormwater utilization.
