ABSTRACT
Plane control system primarily on the principle of systematic treatment and following the landscape mechanism with regional green space as the core, and connects the point and line control systems, focuses on solving problems on aspects such as urban non-point source pollution, total runoff amount control, and ecological conservation and protection. The stormwater gardens in mountainous sponge city communities have many functions such as stormwater management, water purification, stormwater resource utilization and restoration of water cycle. The sponge city design can effectively improve the stormwater storage and retention capacity through stormwater reuse facilities such as eco-grass ditch, green roof, permeable pavement, pollutant intercepting gutter inlet, stormwater garden and storage pond. Meanwhile, the utilization rate of stormwater resources in the community was 7.83%, with the main stormwater reuse methods mainly including the community's green space irrigation, road washing and water supplement to landscape water bodies.
