ABSTRACT
Superficial acral fibromyxoma is a soft tissue benign tumor usually presenting as a flesh-colored slow-growing nodule covered with thin fissured skin. It is usually located in the nail bed or nail folds but exceptionally may be located beneath the matrix. The clinical differential diagnosis includes a cyst, subungual exostosis, and lipoma.
