ABSTRACT
This can appear as a periungual or subungual benign tumor classically associated with tuberous sclerosis (Koenen's tumor). No histological difference has been found between isolated acquired ungual fibrokeratomas and Koenen's tumors, although the latter has no prominent hyperkeratotic tip ( Figure 27.1 ).
