ABSTRACT

Descriptive analytics is the exploration of historical data to summarise its main features and uncover its intrinsic structure, the goal of a predictive method is to use some of this historical data to predict unseen values. Data visualisation is essential because, for one thing, it can reveal fundamental truths about the data that would otherwise remain hidden to numerical analysis. The goal of a descriptive statistics analysis is to summarise and present the general features of a dataset through numerical calculations and visualisations. For all the advantages that box plots have, one disadvantage is that they provide relatively low resolution information. Clustering is defined as the organisation of a set of objects into differentiated groups so that objects in the same group are more similar to each other than to objects in other groups. The visualisation of the various clusters of states by danger is useful because it helps us to start thinking right away.
