Objective/Research Question: To develop novel guidelines to support appropriate patient selection with the implementation of a bilevel classification system and quadrant-per-quadrant atlas, advising the optimal choice of surgical technique for patients with breast cancer undergoing oncoplastic breast-conserving surgery (OPBCS).
