ABSTRACT
Objective/Research Question: This study analysed in detail the pathological features of a large prospective cohort of well-characterised screen-detected ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS), and it mapped the changes in diagnosis and management over time and the development of subsequent ipsilateral, contralateral and distant metastases.
