ABSTRACT
If the patient decides to return to his or her occupation, he or she should be followed up periodically with serological, physiological and radiological investigations. Any worsening of clinical symptoms, lung function or radiological parameters warrants immediate removal of the patient from the working environment to avoid any further exposure.
