ABSTRACT
The skills, training, education and competence of all personnel providing care in an IVF center have a direct bearing on the quality and positive outcome of patient care. Both clinical and non-clinical personnel have a bearing on the patient/customer’s expectations and perceptions of the care received. Therefore, the level of qualifications and training required for all personnel performing activities affecting quality needs to be identified.
