ABSTRACT
A 47-year-old woman with left main coronary disease underwent coronary artery bypass grafting in which the left internal mammary artery (LIMA) was said to be ‘small caliber’ but was anastomosed to the left anterior descending artery; a saphenous vein graft (SVG) was placed to the second circumflex marginal branch. She was discharged without complications.
