ABSTRACT
GROVER WILLIAM WENDE was born April 6, 1867, on a farm in Erie County, N.Y. His early education was in public schools and he took his M.D. at the University of Buffalo in 1889. After three years postgraduate work, chiefly in Europe, he began practice in 1892 in Buffalo.
