ABSTRACT
T his chapter reviews the clinical and MR imaging aspects of those focal benign and malignant lesions in the non-cirrhotic liver which appear largely or entirely solid on sonography and CT, excluding metastatic disease which is covered in chapters 10-12.
Some aspects of their differentiation from metastatic disease are discussed here, but see also chapter 11.
