ABSTRACT
Manufacturing pharmaceutical products is a highly
controlled process, whether the end product is aseptic,
terminally sterilized, lyophilized, or even an originating
bulk ingredient. Therefore, the environments in which
the activities of manufacture are performed must
be controlled and, through monitoring, proven to be
in control.
