ABSTRACT
Cancer is one of the most serious health concerns worldwide. The field of tumor immunology has come of age over the last century, and important lessons have been learned from both the successes and failures of the field. This chapter highlights the concepts that are vital to gain an understanding of the immune responses to tumors.
