ABSTRACT
Several additional focal neuropathies, not clearly linked to a site of compression
or entrapment, are described in this chapter. Some, for example, oculomotor
palsy, may arise from ischemia, especially in the vulnerable center of the nerve
trunk. Others, like intercostal and abdominal neuropathies, are of uncertain cause.
