ABSTRACT
The orbital septum fuses with the fascia approximately 4 to 5 mm below the tarsus. The orbital septum extends from the arcus marginalis of the inferior orbital margin to the inferior border of the tarsus. Posterior to this lie the three lower lid fat pockets.
