ABSTRACT
This disease was fi rst introduced in 1890 by Hallopeau and termed as “pyodermite vegetante.” It is a disease with etiology and pathomechanism still unknown, but despite this fact, it is considered by many authors to be a variant of pustular psoriasis with a chronic relapsing course.
