ABSTRACT
Inquiry serves many purposes in supporting a good dialogue and in learning to think strategically. It forces us to think and enables us to clarify, to understand, and to seek answers. Questions also provide a springboard for generating new possibilities, ideas, and insights for strategic decisions. Additionally, inquiry acts as a basis for individual and organizational learning.
