What is the difference between ISO 9000 and ISO 14000? Whilst both of these standards are effectively ‘generic management system standards’, the ISO 9000 family is primarily concerned with ‘quality management’ and:
what the organisation does to fulfil the customer’s quality requirements; how it meets the applicable regulatory requirements; how it enhances customer satisfaction; how it achieves continual improvement of its performance, product and/or
serve.
