Not many of us enjoy filing, so not many of us like to spend time thinking about a filing system. The PRINCE2 method offers one. Why not use it? Or use it as a basis for developing your own?
The filing system must be done in conjunction with the configuration management plan. This is a good time to check that you have made adequate plans for project support.
