ABSTRACT
The three main phases of the Ten-Step Plan (TSP) are the orientation phase, the research and solution phase, and the implementation phase. The TSP is shown in Figure 2.1. A copy of this Ten-Step Plan is on the bookmark. In this chapter, an outline of the three main phases is given. They will then be discussed in depth in Chapter 3–12 inclusive.
