ABSTRACT
Even in this era of alleged ‘increased masculine sensitivity’ it is a diffi cult thing to watch a grown man cry. But recently I had to witness such a spectacle when a professional photographer friend of mine related his story of the crashing of his hard drive and the loss of 5 years’ worth of images.
