ABSTRACT

This chapter explores the methods of isolation with an emphasis on examples and actions. Isolating the effects of learning can be a confusing process and is certainly one of the most difficult issues to address, but it is absolutely essential to sort out the causes of the business performance improvement. The duration was a six-month review of the data for all four measures, which were then extrapolated for a complete year to determine an annual impact.
