ABSTRACT
No amount of training and development will make up for a fundamental error in placing people in the wrong jobs. The CLO has a significant opportunity to help individuals learn about themselves and the kinds of jobs in which they will flourish and how to navigate around the tempting traps that can seriously damage career choices.
