ABSTRACT
The outline of the approach used in this chapter and the following three chapters is broadly summarised in Table 7.1. This table used in Chapter 7 provides the guide to all the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) stages discussed in Chapters 7 to 9 and it will be used to identify the specific stage being described. The focus of this chapter is the Outline Proposals stage and this shown as the shaded portion in Table 7.1.
