ABSTRACT
An operational budget aims to accurately estimate the likely level of revenue that a club or association will have to play with, and the anticipated expenses associated with the earning of that income. For every sport club and association it is crucial to ensure that revenue and expenses will balance, and at best, work toward the generation of a healthy surplus. The following example illustrates what an operational budget will look like, and what items might be included.
