ABSTRACT
The inspirational leadership style discussed in the previous chapter is found at the top of our most commonly found ‘in-to-out’ leadership framework. The other very common framework is described within our model as ‘out-to-in’ and this has the incentivizing style of leadership right at the top of the organization. Therefore this is logically the next style to be considered in depth.
