ABSTRACT
We have supplied below a format for a PDP that you can either adopt as it stands or adapt for your own purposes. The plan used as an illustration here has been developed around the example of Maddi’s development need (see page 32 of Session B), but it is not the only way her performance objective could be met. As you can see, a mix of development forms has been used, with an emphasis on existing resources.
