ABSTRACT
Once a problem has been solved, there is a tendency to dismiss it from our minds. Our working life is full of problems, and no sooner do we finish with one problem than we’re immersed in the next.
But, as with so many processes, the last stage – in this case monitoring and evaluation – is one of the most important if we are to learn lessons for the future.
