ABSTRACT
This review of learning, training and development has involved inputs and cases from people in some 19 countries. It is not claimed that this has produced a comprehensive view of what is going on in the world; it would be impossible to produce a robust summary at this stage in our global development. Instead, the book is written for practitioners and it shows that there is plenty of good practice taking place in all sorts of different organizations.
