ABSTRACT
In Chapter 3, the assessment of current technology along with the adoption of new technology were covered. Here some common issues related to systems and technology are covered. While on the surface it might appear that once the issue was solved, the problem does not arise. Experience, however, reveals that these are repetitive problems. This is due to several factors, including management expectations, lack of analysis of the technology, and emergence of new technologies.
